Our stay at the Level at the Melia was fantastic, I have already recommended it to people I know. The staff were so attentive and helpful, the room was lovely, comfortable and clean, and we loved the perk of the executive lounge which comes with the Level. Pro - Spacious rooms!
Cons - We were initially given a room that wasn't to the standard that we expected. Small, no sofa, and had a bath with mold around the edges, and animal paintings that were rather unsettling. Not great!
However, this was quickly rectified upon speaking to reception.
