Stayed one night while visiting Edinburgh, very clean & comfortable family room and within driving distance of train station with easy access to Edinburgh. Highly recommend for people wanting to visit Edinburgh but perhaps not stay in Edinburgh

Pleasant stay.

We had a 3 night comfortable stay at hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well prepared. Had dinner from the pub every night and their food was great and reasonably priced. There wasn't much needed from the staff but they were friendly professional and helpful when needed. We found the location to be immensely ideal when visiting Edinburgh. 6-7 minute to Livingston North train station with free parking, 2 big shopping centres with many eating options in walking distance,Starbucks right in front. I would like to suggest the management to pay little attention to the middle access door to the rooms which is noisy specially when there is a lot of guests movement. Maybe a soft close mechanism would mitigate the issue. Also the cosmetic appearance of the rooms could be improved. It would also be a bonus to provide family rooms with some wardrobe, specially for the ones staying few nights. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at hotel.
