I liked the room and it was pretty clean, but there were three problems that really made my stay less enjoyable than it could have been.
First, the TV remote didn't work right. After a lot of trial and error I figured out the power button turned the channel up, the mute button turned the channel down. The volume up turned the volume up. To turn the volume down or turn the TV off, you had to find the hidden button on the TV itself and hold to bring up a menu, then figure out how to work the menu.
Second, didn't get my wake up call. I was in town for a medical visit and having trouble getting up anyway, so without the wakeup call I slept thru breakfast.
Finally, there was hot water in the sink, but none in the shower.
