My recent stay at [Ramada Wyndham] in New Jersey was deeply disappointing. The hallways were visibly dirty and neglected, creating an unpleasant first impression. Despite a note from management promising daily room and bathroom cleaning, our room was not serviced once during our 2-night, 3-day stay.
Breakfast was another letdown. The selection was limited to bread onlyโno coffee, eggs, or other staples, making it an inadequate start to the day. When we requested extra soap bars for our bathroom (which only had one), the front desk staff was unresponsive. We had to ask 4-5 times before receiving them, and their attitude showed a clear lack of care.
Overall, the poor cleanliness, unfulfilled promises, and indifferent staff made this a terrible experience. If I could, Iโd give this hotel negative stars. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
