Elevators were under maintenance and took 45 minutes typically …we were on floors 25 and 28 and had to take the stairs twice. Then the day we were leaving the elevators were not working at all and had to carry our luggage 5 floors using the stairs to wait 50 min for an elevator on that side to bring us down.

This is a hidden gem and an outstanding property to stay at overnight for a concert or event in downtown Toronto. The property would also be a wonderful home base for a family or small group for a Toronto vacation as it’s located close to the Island Airport, Highway, shopping, entertainment, major attractions and walkable & city transportation to anywhere you wish to go! Finally, any balcony view is outstanding both day and night as you take in the beauty, sights and sounds of this amazing, cosmopolitan, world renown city with Canadian hospitality!

The location is so great! Easily walkable to Rogers Center, the metro convention center, Ripleys aquarium and all the downtown tourist attractions. The front desk security staff were very friendly and helpful. Early check in and late check out weren’t options and not having a storage space for luggage was unfortunate. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Within walking distance of several attractions, restaurants and shopping. Directly across street from CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Ripleys Aquarium and Convention centre. Building is safe and secure, will definitely go here again.

You can’t beat the location. The building itself is very nice. The cleanliness of the apartment was questionable. There were hairs in the beds and the floors were dirty. Luckily I brought my own sheets. The patio windows look like they’re haven’t been cleaned in awhile. There was an issue with laundry soap spilled throughout the closet when we arrived, but they responded quickly to that and sent someone to clean it up. The view of the city was great and a 3 bedroom apartment in that location was definitely cheaper than renting 2 hotel rooms. If you don’t mind the wear and tear and cleanliness issues, it’s a great spot.

Excellent location. Very clean. It was tricky to see the address outside of the building. We had a bit of trouble finding it the first time. Would be nice they had coffee pods for the Keurig, (although there are great coffee places close by) and perhaps put some photos in the four picture frames that all say “urban supply?”

booked a property 1 month in advance because of proximity of Rodgers stadium due to limited mobility. 1 day before they sent us entrance info and it was for the wrong property asked them to fix it as we were flying in that day they would NOT give us the original property but one 6 blocks away we stayed at the new property until we were able to find new accommodations on our own. I will NOT book with them again

We loved staying here! We needed a place near the metro Toronto convention center and it was maybe a 3 min walk. It was so conveniently close! Comfy beds, each room had great views and a balcony. We plan on staying here again.

Great stay in Toronto . The location was excellent for going to ballgames as well as close to Union Station , Princess of Wales Theatre, Scotiabank Arena and lots of places to eat!! Loved the view from the very large windows in all the rooms as well as the balcony . Communication was good and check in was easy . My only complaints are minor - the couch is in desperate need of being replaced and the bathroom lights were partially burned out but also very , very dim making it difficult to see to put makeup on in there . Other than that we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely return to this property on future trips to Toronto .
