Budget-friendly, but you get what you pay for, I suppose.
This was my second time staying here, and I was hopeful that previous conditions had been a fluke or had been improved upon. Sadly, improvement was not the case.
In an excellent and convenient location and free parking is awesome, but the awesome ends there.
From the elevators, to the hallways, this place always seems as though it's in a state of unfinished repair.
Though clean, my room wasn't stocked with towels, so I tried to ring the desk to request. Because my phone was unlabeled, this was a frustrating and ultimately unsuccessful effort. So I redressed and walked to the front desk.
The attendant seemed slightly annoyed and unapologetic about the inconvenience. Again, given the expense, I don't expect Ritz-level service, but a certain degree of hospitality should be standard.
