The hotel was perfectly centered in the historic district. Room was very nice, large enough, and bathroom was very modern. We were able to easily walk to the Colosseum, the Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon. The breakfast buffet was amazing with scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, cold meat, yogurt, cereal, fruit, etc. The restaurant supper was delicious and service was impeccable. Definitely worth the stay.

The bartender was the most disrespectful person I have ever had to deal with. The other staff was amazing but the bartender ruined our rooftop experience. The swordfish in the restaurant was amazing. The front desk staff was great they greeted us every time we came in

Hotel Forum is in a great location with very helpful and friendly staff. Pretty much every attraction was within walking distance (except the Vatican, which the front desk helpfully booked a taxi for) and there were lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is in an older building with thinner walls, so it wasn't the quietest place I have stayed in, and they were experiencing some electrical issues and faulty air-conditioning during our stay. The staff acknowledged the electrical problems and were very apologetic about it, which we appreciated. However the room was extremely clean and tidy, and the communal areas were well maintained. The bed was also quite comfortable and our towels were changed every day. Thank you for providing us with a good base for our stay in Rome.

What a wonderful hotel. I absolutely love this place. I’ve stayed here twice now. I’ll start with the people who work here. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The airline lost my luggage and the front desk did everything to get it back. The location of the hotel couldn’t be more central, right next to the Roman Forum. The rooms are individually decorated and very nice. Super comfortable bed. The rooftop restaurant is amazing overlooking the ruins. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I also had a great dinner in the restaurant, a nice tasting menu. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely be back.
