Our first room had a leak in the roof. We walked into the room and found a pillow covered in brown liquid. We found a long hair and a hole in the sheets on the bed of the next room. There was a huge wad of hair floating in the pool. Trash cans were overfilling. Trash and random items were left all over the hotel. There were only two full towels in our room to begin with. It took two hours for more towels to be delivered to our room. We were awakened by the delivery. I don't know if there isn't enough staff to maintain basic cleanliness or what, but it was very disappointing.

Terrible customer service and quality
I booked my stay several days in advance was quoted one price which was a little above normal I thought. But booked anyways because my son‘s friend was having a birthday party in the same hotel. When I saw my bank statement, they charged me $113 more than my original quoted price. This hotel used to be a very beautiful place. Once these new owners took over They have really let it go. The amount of deferred maintenance is very sad. There are ceiling tiles falling out of the ceilings with water stains. There are water leaks all throughout the buildings. Stains in the floors and carpets all throughout the buildings. The HVAC did not work in the room. I was lucky to get a fan of any kind. Had to go purchase a box fan. I found a bug just before I checked out. When I called to discuss these concerns with them, they had zero remorse. I feel as though they got my money and it doesn’t matter. Well, they will never have my money again as long as these owners are in control. When the previous owners had this property, they took good care of it, and they took pride in their business as well as their customer relations. It’s obvious that these new owners only care about money and cut financial corners everywhere they can. They even charge for the breakfast where most other hotel similar to this do not. I just assume take my family out to breakfast if I’m gonna spend $14 a person for it. Very unsatisfied I will not be back.

It will do
The overall stay was ok. It is an older hotel so most things were dated, however, I loved the idea of a bar, indoor poor, lounge area etc. My issue is getting someone to answer the phone. They never answer. We had a room for 4 and provided only 1 set of towels. Keys stopped working and asked to get in line with at least 10 ppl that needed to check-in. Front desk not the most pleasant. For price to you what you pay for but if you’re looking for a hotel with friendly staff….other than lady mopping and restaurant waitress….thats all you get.

Pretty good
The front desk was good, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The room had no wash rags, no kind of flyer or menu for the restaurant so we had no clue about that. We liked the convenience of the location. When we left the building out the side door to the parking lot, it just looked kind of dirty. There was crap everywhere and under the stairs and such. Just suggestion, the front hotel check-in area should be lit up a little more or better marked. it was hard to see in the dark. We ended up driving around the building and couldn’t find it. When we pulled up to the front where it looked like it was a check in, it said something restaurant on the sign so that’s why we pulled out. We found out it was next to there, but it was just a small door. Just a suggestion.

Clean older hotel
The hotel is convenient to the Interstate. Older property but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Be warned though, there are no vending machines. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in without them. No coffee offered for free in mornings. Only the pod makers in rooms. Crazy. They have a bar with limited food. A restaurant is there but again, limited hours. You are better off shopping for

Cheer stay that was awful
We had to ve moved to three rooms because 1st one they gave us we went to was occupied, 2nd room was trashed and not cleaned, 3rd room had dead cockroaches in the bathroom. Places was full of people walking around, sitting in stairways where you couldnt get through. Outside doors were propped open so anyone could come and go. They gave us two free coupons for breakfast when there was three of us and said you will have to purchase the third. Never recieved towels there was only 1 in room. Just not a good experience at all.

Its a scam they are stealing your money
THIS HOTEL IS RUN DOWN!! The hotel is very mislead!! If you look at the pictures and then show up its very disappointing and we felt as if we had been robbed!! We paid way to much for this hotel!! First room they put us in had a bad toilet leak that leaked all over the bathroom floor to where we had to get in the shower to get away of the water because we couldn't get out because our kids where in the room we went to the front desk and they put us in another room and that room was not clean by no means, the room had a alcohol bottle on the floor by the window (remind you we had our 4 year old with us that could have got ahold of it) and the coffee maker was nasty in the top where you put clean water in it. The pool was so warm but they really need to heat it out in the pool area its so cold in there!! The chairs in the pool area where rusted bad and they didnt have many at all like the pictures and when it comes to towels for the pool they are about impossible to get it took almost an hour and asking 3 times for pool towels then when we get them they where all stained and nasty but its so cold in there we didn't have any choice but to use them! This place is rin down!!

Older style yet comfortable
We were in a section with an older style but the bed was comfortable. There was a mini-refrigerator & a coffee/tea maker, but no microwave. Overall, it was an okay night's stay.

No so good stay
When we first arrived we were told our room number, we got to the room only to find out it was already occupied! Once we got another room the blanket on the bed was very stained and was covered up by two sheets. There were only 2 towels for 3 people; so we just decided on no showers. We didn’t sleep well so decided to check out around 5:45am instead of waiting until check out time.
