Check in was seamless,,however, when we got to the room and unpacked, we noticed we were in a handicapped room, no tub, just a room with a shower curtain. We ask to be moved , but nothing was readily available. They were going to move us the next day, but at this point we decided to tough it out. Wer bathroom floor and all. I feel we should have been given the option upon checkin.
Next morning, all i wanted was coffee. When it finally arrived, it was luke warm when ask, I told the service/hostess. No attempt was made to make it right. I am a Hilton Diamond member and was decided to give Marriott a try. I was not impressed, but the staff was very nice and helpful.
