My stay at the hotel started off with high hopes, but it quickly turned into a frustrating experience due to issues with black mold. Upon arriving, I noticed a significant amount of mold at the bottom of the shower, which was both unappealing and concerning. I promptly reached out to the customer service desk, and the staff was accommodating, moving me to a different room. However, much to my dismay, the new bathroom also had black mold lurking in the shower. It was disheartening to find that despite the hotel’s efforts to resolve the issue, the problem persisted. This experience not only affected my comfort but also made me question the overall cleanliness and maintenance standards of the hotel, leaving me wary of my surroundings during the rest of my stay.
