When I arrived to check in, the front desk rep was not friendly (actually he seemed annoyed and bothered by my presence). I attempted to open a door which wasn’t the correct one and he yelled at me. So I advised him to not be so rude and that being friendly goes along way…he should probably learn some better communication and customer service skills. The room wasn’t very clean and it seemed like whoever’s prepped it was in a rush, the floors were filthy, the bath/shower had hair, the towels and bed sheets looked old and dingy, it was total cringe!
