Like the reviewer above, we were also denied entry and sent to another apartment after contacting Expedia about the issue (which incurred us a £72 bill from abroad). The Taxim First owner had to help us out because we got Expedia involved, had we have not then we would be stranded with luggage and young kids after a long travel. The owner despite us proving from bank statement that the funds had been taken for our stay, strongly denied payment. We were then sent to another apartment, not luxurious or decent at all with a lot of fungi, mould, no kitchen equipment, broken door handles, no bathroom lock, flying ants in whole property. It was a huge downgrade. We are really upset although the new owner who located us was a very kind man, but it seemed this room needed repairs and was not fit to be rented out. Even the door of this room was different. It was the last room on the 3rd floor, a very long walk up. The lift would usually be out of service. Basically, we had it quite bad with Taxim First Apart. Please do be careful. I would not recommend booking this place at all, it will ruin your trip. You will not receive what is displayed and be wary that you make sure you know whether they have taken payment or not.
