"I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for a quick visit in Ohrid. The receptionists were accommodating and the restaurant staff were helpful. The food in the breakfast buffet were not great. The room was dirty & dusty. The cleaner simply empties the bin and didn't clean our room. I had to prompt her to vacuum. Our booked room was a regular room and when I saw it, it was so disappointing. My daughter & I travel quite often and I can say that it's never a 4 star standard, not even 3 star!...

"Hard to find location. Looks like runs only on groups. Poorly staffed. A total disappointment.
Staff did try to be helpful. However it’s seems to be a dying property. "

"Veldig slitt hotell. Møkkete og ingen renhold eller skifte av håndklær på rommet, selv om vi ba om dette. Månglet toalettpapir og luktet mugg på rom og bad. Anbefales ikke."

"Rooms were not properly cleaned, spider webs everywhere, full ash tray anf glasses left on the balcony, shower spilled all over the bathroom, fridge barely worked, pool beds all broken and couldn’t sit or lay on them
Breakfest was okay but prefer not to drink cheap coffee
The 5% tax if you pay with credit card instead of cash was annoying "

"It was an excellent stay - clean and spacious rooms, clean, great amenities. VERY close to the center and walking distance to some of the beaches (e.g., Kaneo). We had a room on the top of the house with amazing views of the city center and the lake."
"The property is in walking distance to the old city and steps away from the Lake. The host was very responsive. Lake Ohrid at sunset is something to behold."
"Excellent stay. It's a lovely apartment you can see it's been taken care of. The location can not be better in a quiet street but right next to everything.
Definitely a right choice."
"Our two night stay was great with an amazing parking space right in front. There was a great little grocery about a block away that was very handy. Only little disappointment was we never saw anyone from the property after initial checkin so no one to ask questions or advice. I believe they have two locations in town so that may be the reason."
"Lovely and popular place.
A few minutes to the lakeshore, 10 minutes walk to the old town. Many good restaurants very close.
Renata the house was very welcoming and friendly, informative about the local area and very helpful with organising taxis and appointments.
The room was large with a very comfortable bed. We had a hot tub so great for relaxation after a day out exploring.
The tv had numerous channels including many in English, the best of any in 6 hotels during our holiday.
We didn't have breakfast as we didn't want to adhere to serving times. It wasn't included in our rate.
All requests for extra pillows, clothes hangers and towels were sorted immediately.
Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again if in Ohrid."
