This hotel was top notch. The staff was friendly and responsive. The location was a five minute walk to the subway which was perfect for us. The area had a Target store and lots of restaurants close by. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. The room was comfortable and clean. We felt safe in the hotel and the surrounding area. What I think was the electrical supply to the air/heating system in room 214 gave off a very loud clicking sound even when the power to the unit was turned off. And, unfortunately, the neighbors left their TV on all night long. The hotel itself, staff, amenities, location, and nearby access to the T red line were otherwise wonderful! I highly recommend staying here while in Boston.

Hotel very good,dining area should and could have been much better. Continually running out of cutlery, equipment not working properly and the main failing was trying to meet the needs of a very busy breakfast area with one two slice toaster which was ridiculous.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The breakfast included in the price was excellent and exceeded expectations. We stayed here while attending a show at TD Garden. While this is about a 30 minute T ride each way, I feel the hotels in the center of Boston have become extremely overpriced. This hotel is only a few minutes walk from the North Quincy Red Line Station. We felt safe walking from the T to the hotel after 11PM. There is a 99 Restaurant located within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
