Room had bed bugs and my children and I got bit up and when I spoke with management I was screamed at and told to leave and she would refund a full refund. Room and customer service is hands down very unprofessional.

The room was not clean and smelled of cigarettes, although I requested a non smoking room. The bedding had cigarette burns all over the top and inside of the comforter, and the room generally was in poor condition ( dirty walls, rusted pipes, broken bathroom door, damaged mirror). Also, the shower only ran cold water. At 7 am this morning another guest started knocking and banging on my door. I didn't answer, but this was also another disturbance in my stay at this hotel. I would not stay here again.

The woman working the front desk was dirty she had horrible body oder. This woman was also very rude and disrespectful to all the guests staying at the hotel. Her customer service skills are among the worst I have ever seen in my life.

I will never stay at this place again. I understand it’s not the Plaza hotel but the first room I got when I checked in was filthy, pee on the toilet seat, a horribly stained bed, the floor was so dirty my feet were black after walking on it for five minutes. And when I asked for a room change, very politely I might add as I’m not that sort of person, the woman at the front desk yelled at me, saying I should’ve told her sooner and people were still coming, and eventually said I could get a room change in the morning. I even waited till afternoon to maybe make it easier and she rolled her eyes at me when I went to the front desk to get my room change. Again, I understand it’s a motel, not the Ritz, but there should still be at least bare minimum standards, not to mention room service didn’t even come everyday, and the website says there’s breakfast included but there is no breakfast. I was overall extremely disappointed, and disgusted with this business.

Not the most clean or up to date hotel. Felt like I should have paid the price of $28 which was the rate of one of the competitors along the same stretch of road not to far from the hotel. Next time I will do my research a little better.

Motel not as advertised

This place is not a central location as was indicated. The WiFi was slow when it worked at all. The walls, mattresses and toilet were all dirty. The sheets did not fit the bed, they tried to put a double sheet on a queen size mattress. There were no amenities in the room, such as coffee or hair dryer. I understand it was inexpensive and a basic room but I expected not to have to sleep on bare mattresses and to be able to get a full nights sleep, I had people at all hours of the night banging on my door asking for someone who must have stayed in the room before me. Since they all mentioned the same name I would assume they had stayed there for awhile. The managers/housekeepers stayed on the room above mine and walked around and moved things all night long.

Bad neighborhood,not kept up,hair all in bath tub,smelt bad,suppose to be a none smoking room but we had burnt holes in the sheets,there was trash in one of the beds under the covers so they couldnt have changed the sheets,2 towels for 3 people,used condoms in parking lot,neighbor hood was so bad we was sacared to go out to the car really really bad!!!!

Filthy

The first thing that I noticed was that the carpet was soaking wet. Then I noticed the smell. Horrible. The rest of the room was adequate for a one night stay. I have stayed at choice hotels before and gotten a decent continental breakfast. When I walked into the "lobby" (a tiny little room with one table and a chair) there were a few pieces of bread, a stale muffin, and a cups worth of warm disgusting orange juice. Also, the location may be convenient but it's right across the street from a strip club.

Not what I expected...

This was not at all what I expected for an Econo Lodge. The room was clean, but the bed was barely big enough for my husband and I to sleep comfortably. I reserved a room with a queen sized bed or a room with double beds and I was given a room with a bed that barely had a full sized bed. The bath towels were big enough for a child who's about 5. The location seemed to be in a not so very good neighborhood. The staff, however, were very friendly and very helpful.
