The check in process was an abomination ! I had a reservation but upon arrival I was told they didnโt know if they had a room for me. At 10:00 pm, with my disabled husband, we were exhausted and needed a room. People arriving after me were able to check into king sized rooms. I asked for any room available even though i requested a double, I said I would take a king but was told they were premium rooms and had to be saved for potential guests. This check-in process took about 1/2 hour before a room was found for us. Totally unacceptable service. Totally dissatisfied with Hilton and this property.

Great stay, excellent value. Pool was closed for repair but rest of the amenities, including an indoor basketball court, were good.

What a mess! The room key system was down, so escorts were necessary to take guests to rooms. Check in w/1 person working was very slow! Then arriving home at night, back on line to get a key. One person behind the desk at checkout. I couldnโt wait, so just left my key at the desk. My 2nd time at this site and last time there was also a slow check in w/o enough staff. And wedding guests expected, so why wasnโt staff prepared?

Upon arrival the key system was down. We were escorted to our room at first then when we returned we waited an hour to get a key and finally got into our room at 1am. We were told we would have our room for free due to the inconvenience. The next day the attendant stated there was no record of this and I would not be getting a refund.
