In my opinion this Hampton was by no means the quality that I expect from Hampton. This Hampton needs a huge facelift. From the worn out and outdated carpet throughout the second floor and our room. I can only speak to that because that was the only floor we were on. There seemed to be some sketchy type people while we were there that the staff seemed to know but were not guests of the hotel.
On a positive note, we didnโt have to have any contact with staff other than hi and bye. We used the Hilton app for checking and check out and the electronic key was very nice.

Just okay
The bed was comfortable, but the carpet had some large stains, the bathroom floor had a chip in it, and overall the room didn't look that great. It was probably clean enough. The breakfast was akin to Holiday Inn Express. Pretty warm and decent selection, but also somewhat stale. It was an okay stay for the money but definitely not the nicest in this category of hotel.

The hotel grounds were nice. We were in roim 309 which seemed a little dated. The toilet lid was cracked and glued and looked terrible. Thet carpet needs replaced and we didnt even want ti walk on it in our bare feet.

Unfortunately, the elevator was out, and I had to carry a cooler multiple times to the third floor, but other than that the staff was fantastic and breakfast was one of the best that weโve had in our six weeks since Helene displaced us. Surprisingly, even better than when we stayed at the Hilton downtown Anderson. Staff very helpful seeing if food was safe for the kids allergies.

Elle was awesome
Service was way above excellence. Elle (your staff person at the front desk) made a room available for us even though we were a day late and missed our reservation. The only room available was a room that had leaked water from the window and the carpet was saturated. Though the room was very rank with the smell of dirty socks, we had no where else to go. Elle made it possible for us to have a room to stay in.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. Itโs right off the interstate and walkable to dining options. The staff was very friendly. Check in was quick and smooth. Breakfast was just ok. Continental breakfast.

Tough times at the Hilton Hotel
It took one hour to check in the front desk manager was exceptional. When I walked into the lobby there were at least 40 people lined up waiting to be checked in. I waited in line standing with a cane about 45 minutes to get my room. I kept looking at the Hilton sign and thinking this could not be a Hilton Hotel. I selected this hotel because it was a Hilton Hotel and I have always had outstanding service. This employee should have had more help at the front desk. I believe my family and I should be compensated for this very uncomfortable situation.

I liked the breakfast and it was safe and quiet. I didn't like the condition of the room. A drawer was missing in the bathroom, the fridge didn't get cold, the shelf in the shower was falling off.
