Checked in at 4pm
While asleep was called by front desk and told to come back downstairs and prepare to pay again and change rooms due to the clerks error on check-in. This was followed by calls and text to my personal phone from the GM of the hotel. This transpired ove the couse of 1.5 hrs from 11pm - 12:30 am, at which time I packed my bags and left; convinced there was not a peaceful nights sleep to be had. The floor was sticky, the ceiling was dingy, and there was a mold and mildew scent in the room. Worst customer service experience Iโve had at a hotel. Front desk staff was rude and threatened eviction. Unacceptable on every level.

Nice but noi
The room was small but well proportioned. It had everything we needed. The issue was the noisy a/c. We couldn't hear each other over it, and we weren't far away. The traffic noise was loud, too. Maybe some better sound proof windows would be nice.

Ceilings had mold. Doors had random holes in them. Just a horrible experience.

Single bed
Single Bed in the Family Room was not very comfortable. Tossed and turned the whole night, but that could just be me.
