Worst trip and staff.
Our stay at the Westin St Thomas was nothing other than terrible! From the moment we walked in the hotel it was chaos. They put an $200 a day charge for incidentals that was not previously stated. Little did I know that this wouldnโt be the last of surprise charges we would see.
Our room was not ready so we left our bag with the valet to grab lunch. Upon arrival our bags had been moved to the back. Thought it was weird but brushed it off.
We got our keys and made our way to our room only to find a huge vomit stain about 2 feet in diameter on the rug next to the bed. With carelessness like that it made me question how clean this hotel really was. The hotel manager gave us another room and so I let that go.
The next morning when we were getting ready to go to the beach my daughter discovered that the packing cube with her clothing was not in our suitcase. Totaling 5 pairs of shorts and 6 shirts. I called my husband back home to see if we left it, which we did not. The only time our bags were out of our possession was when the valet was holding the luggage for us. I immediately went to hotel security to file a report. The hotel said they donโt have cameras and no way of knowing if anyone went through our luggage. The valet of course denied it all and Marriott Corporate and the Westin have neglected their responsibility in the matter and will not compensate us for the items that were stolen from us.
The entire trip was ruined and will never stay at a Westin again.

The rooms were dirty our bed sheetings had coffee stains and a blood stain. The staff was very unfriendly.
A hotel that cost $1100 a night I expect more. Very poor experience.

Had an amazing stay at the Westin! Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were clean. Views were amazing. Lots to do and explore starting from the Westin and nearby. Can't wait to visit again!

The property is beautiful and has everything you need. You really do not need to leave if you donโt want to. The staff was great. We ate at a few of the different restaurants and the food was excellent. Three great pools and their own large beach front give you something for everyone. I would definitely come back.
