One King vs 2 queen rooms.
I always like staying at the hotel. This time I was on the opposite side of the building..not realizing the king beds were on one side and 2 queens on the other side. The king side was very noisy. Ugh. I had to get some earplugs. They weren't able to switch my room. They were booked. So I dealt with it. The rooms are always nice and so are the employees. Next time I will make sure I stay on the other side, now that I know. ๐

Did the job. Remodeled recently so nice and clean. Honestly only down fall the sheets were thin and Bally not comfortable. Felt cheap and the balls made it itchy

Breakfast and Stay
My stay was really good. The continental breakfast was hot and fresh. I wish they served a full breakfast. However, breakfast was sufficient for my two days stay.
The bed was comfortable. The shower was perfect. It had a grab bar, slip-resistant floor, perfect water pressure, and multi-function shower head. Service was good.

Home away from Home
I needed a place to stay while I was in town for a business training event. Needed some place close to training facility but wasnโt gonna break the back. The La Quinta San Bernardino Hotel exceeded my expectations, I mean wow. The lobby was clean and moderate, the staff friendly, the room comfortable and and well designed. The amenities were great. Overall, felt like a home away from home.

They have bed bugs- Don't do it!!!
Stayed 6/19 through 6/22 for my brothers funeral. First night had to ask for clean sheets for the second bed, it had hair all over when we got ready to get in the bed. By night two my daughter had 22 bites on her arms and legs, by night 3 she woke up at 3:30am showing me the bed bug with additional bites and we leftimmediately. Night clerk Andy had no idea what to do when he came in to see the bug and bites. Allie the GM called later and did approve the refund, but with my daughter covered in bites 31 to be exact and the preventative measures to make sure the bed bugs donโt transfer to my home! When already grieving is added stress! The cost savings is not worth any of this EVER!! Management refuses to give full names and calls from blocked numbers as if they do not want to be held accountable which is also a point of concern when you are dealing with an issue like this!

Everything was ok except the room is very small and the walls are PAPER thin, you can hear your neighbor's fart.

Maid came 5pm to clean. Thought rather late considering other hotels ive stayed in. Told her so .Next day another maid came at 10am. Allgood. Think the hotels might have cuts on maids
