Check-in was fine and the location was very good however the hotel is very tired, limited amenities. The room was of a good size albeit it overlooked scaffolding next door so difficult to keep the blinds down and the bathroom was very small.

In a very convenient location, it is a great value for money hotel. The initial double room offered was rather small but the reception was very helpful to change it immediately to a more spacious one. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but the restaurant looked really good. Not only the reception, but guest services are all excellent. You ask for something, they do it immediately. Will definitely return !

Reception staff were amazing, the food in the attached Steak & Lobster place was great, room was clean and tidy. Only downsides were the sliding wardrobe doors were on the point of being broken and the lift was soooo slooooow.

I came away with bite marks the following day. The hotel may have some items that are like a radisson but the rooms are very basic 2*. I asked for an iron and no one provided me with one. Breakfast was radisson standard and the staff in the restaurant were exceptional. My low rating is because of the room state, and bite marks.
