Great hotel with plenty of amenities. First of all, this hotel is in the prime location of Waikiki. Very walkable to nearby hotels, shops, restaurants and to the beach. I felt that compared to other hotels in this area, the Ilikai had reasonable room rates and the daily parking fee was less than other hotels. I loved the fact that you get a voucher for 2 free bottles of water per day; and you get a voucher for 1 free ice cream cone/cup per day from the ice cream shop onsite. Housekeeping came every day to spruce up the room and change the towels. When we ran out of shower gel, they came up to our room within 5 minutes. I would 100% stay at this hotel again. Clean, quiet rooms and we got the best sleep. Thank you!

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times . Every time we’ve stayed has been unique and amazing. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. We have stayed on the sunset side twice and it was beautiful. Can’t tell you enough how peaceful it was to sit out on the balcony and whine down at the day out there. This time we stayed on the ocean view side and got to watch the fireworks from our balcony. Thankful because it looked very congested in the lagoon. It was also very convenient to have a full kitchen and save a little on food. Housekeeping kept us stocked on toiletries I didn’t have to call down once. The complimentary ice cream and water per day was great. The small store in the hotel was a life saver when I needed super glue. Lastly didn’t have to walk far for coffee could go down to the lobby in pjs to Hawaiian Aroma Caffe, great coffee and service. We highly recommend staying here.

Easy check in, all the staff is top notch, great housekeeping, various eateries on location, everybody in Hawaii is super nice, Trolley picks up out front ( recommend the Waikiki Trolley ( Pink) to start, Walmart delivery had no problems, ( as these units have full kitchens ), and so much around the hotel .. Wonderful stay, had a beautiful two bedroom suite, staff was excellent, with hotel having lots of amenities, restaurant bar on main level, ice cream and coffee shop, top floor has a restaurant which overlooks the ocean and city, delicious food, happy hour 3-6 on food and drinks. The hotel is located beside a beach and a large lagoon, the beach though had lots of coral, you will need water shoes to go into the water. A 15 min walk up from resort is a very large mall with a food court that sells any food you could ask for, many choices. Would definitely come again to Ilikai.
