I still couldnโt get my pre-authorized charge return after a month of stay and there is no feedback even after 5+ calls to check the progress. They always ask my email and phone number but thereโs no single message I received. Itโs the worst 5 star serviced hotel Iโve ever stayed and highly recommend to make sure your deposit return when you checkout.

Just the best!
Staying here almost a week enjoying the hospitality of Sheraton. A luxurious hotel offering fine rooms and a fantastic breakfast. We were lucky to have a park view room and enjoyed a taste of the dining the hotel had to offer as part of the tour group we traveled with. Have to mention the staff who go above and beyond to ensure your stay meets your expectations.
