Some staffs do not seem quite fluent in their English as I had to repeat my questions and requests several times. Also, it was a great disappointment when the hotel blames the travel agency (hot**s.com, in my case) when I claimed more clarifications why there were no same options applied to the colleagues of mine. Terrible customer services, receptions. My most disappointing trip to Hyatt brand in 30 years.
The location was perfect! The rooftop was excellent:-)

First impressions the hotel lobby is bright and impressive.
Reception staff were professional but not warm and friendly.
Our room was very large and had a partial view of the marina. The room was very dark, particularly as some light bulbs were missing/not working. This was reported twice but was not dealt with during our 3 night stay. The remote for the tv was not working when we arrived and when we reported it we were told they were very busy and it may be some time before they could send someone to help.
All of these issues should have been picked up by housekeeping before we checked in.
The location of the hotel is great but we'd probably try somewhere else for our next trip.
