Disappointing Customer Service
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it generally beautiful with excellent facilities. However, my experience was marred by their handling of late check-out. I was charged $75 for being 15 minutes late, which felt excessive. When I called the front desk, I was under the impression that the fee for a 12 PM late check-out was only $5.
Additionally, the staff could have informed me that if I could vacate the room within 30 minutes, there would be no charge. This lack of clear communication and flexibility suggests that the hotel is more interested in fees than in providing a positive customer experience. While the hotel itself is lovely, this experience has left me questioning their commitment to guest satisfaction.
