The man checking me in was on a personal call the entire time is was at the checkout. I was put in a room where the air wasnโt working so I was moved to another room that was better but the shower wasnโt that clean and the room was much smaller than expected.

I checked in at 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday. Went down to the front desk to let him know that my television was not working at about 4:45-5 p.m. he said at the time the maintenance man was gone and he would be back in about 30 minutes he even came down to the room and tried to fix the wi-fi himself he was unable to do so. By 9:30 p.m. that night still nothing no maintenance man, no Wi-Fi and no television this is unprofessional and it is not good customer service. After being towed for five and a half almost 6 hours the maintenance man was coming.
