I came here thinking that it was going to be a safe, clean HOTEL in Culver City. However, the rooms, the area and everything with this hotel was truly upsetting. First, the area is not the safest. A liquor store right across the hotel and the worst thing is that the rooms are right out in the open in the the parking lot without any sort of security. Every morning and ALL NIGHT LONG we heard cars right outside our door, saw people smoking by the curbside in front of our room and people talking and running around - We couldn't sleep even a bit! The next day we went to talk to the front desk but she said that the hotel was "full" and we couldn't change rooms, and that she didn't have any earplugs either to help with the noise.
We were there for a vacation, but it felt more like a run down and shady motel. Before sleeping we always had to make sure our doors were securely locked because we were afraid that any stranger could enter our room. The room itself was basic to say the least. Two beds and dirty, stained carpets. Breakfast was horrendous -- stale waffles and bread that nobody wanted to touch. We stayed at this hotel waiting to leave. This hotel in general felt dirty, unsafe and unprofessional. I do not recommend at all. At this price PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT HOTEL.
