Everything about this flat is not good. Up 4 flights of narrow stairs. The rail about to collapse. No lights between 2-4th floor (ok if youโ€™re going up, not if going down on steep, pitch black hallway) Tons of mosquitoes and bug bites on all of us despite keeping windows closed (very hot)- not sure how they are getting in ?vents? No toaster. No kettle. Staining on bathroom wall that looked like feces. Lots of noise, especially from above (street also noisy-but to be expected). Water from apartment above leaked through ceiling. Notified them and they answered the next day. Sent a plumber over promptly- but by the water and mold stains on ceiling leak itโ€™s been there for awhile- and he said heโ€™d have to take ceiling apart and would come back another time. We were also initially given wrong code, which necessitated a trip back to their headquarters. Would NOT recommend this place at all

Nicely located near central Brussels and short walk to Grand-Place. A bit challenging to get to with luggage. The apartment wasnโ€™t ready when we arrived (early) but they have a location nearby to store luggage. Two-person elevator and very narrow stairs. Apartment layout is ok for 4 people but main bedroom missing curtain rod and curtain so couldnโ€™t block light.

Central spot, but lots of problems

The best thing about this apartment was its location. Couldnโ€™t be much more central and great for exploring the cityโ€ฆhoweverโ€ฆ Trying to check in online was a nightmare. Constantly getting an error message saying couldnโ€™t check in. Arrived at the accom after our check-in time and still not giving us access codes. Waited for 2 hours after lots of unresponsive messaging and 3 phone calls chasing up what was happening. Then all of a sudden see a large chunk of money taken from my bank account as a deposit without being prewarned, which was closely followed by access codes finally. Once in we noticed one of the bedrooms had no curtain or curtain rail, which looked like it had been pulled off the wall. Later found the curtain neatly folded in a cupboard but no way of hanging up. Messaged the company who said theyโ€™d pass it on to our technician but nothing came of it. Spent the whole trip getting woke up early because of the light. Even though the main function of this accommodation was to allow us to SLEEP. Still heard nothing on this which feels unacceptable. On top of this the sofa bed mattress was covered in stains, and so were the sofa cushions. Kitchen has very limited cutlery and pans despite being a fairly nice kitchen. Also the light in the hallway was broken so found ourselves going up and down the steep and narrow stairs in pitch black. Not the flats fault, but because itโ€™s so central, it does get noisy quite early.
