Rio Adults Only Girls Trip
The staff make this place amazing. The rooms are average and the ocean view suite looks over a parking lot with views of the ocean to your right. We call those partial ocean view in the states. Freddy at the main bar is the nicest man youโll ever meet and makes sure you have a great time. The buffet is great and the restaurants are good too. If you want to eat at the steak house, be in line a half hour before it opens. The grounds are nice and the cleaning crew inside is amazing as well. They keep the place very clean for the amount of people coming and going. The negativesโฆit was HOT! We went the last week of August which is not ideal. However there are NO fans in the resort except in the buffet and they donโt run those. There is little to no ac in the resort. They need to install fans throughout as youโre sweating just trying to have a drink at the bar. The satellite went out day 3, so we didnโt have tv for the last 4 days we were there which wasnโt a huge deal to us but many were pissed. The ac in the room doesnโt get very cold but feels a lot better than the common area. My gf and I got the two double bed room and thereโs one usb between the two beds and no outlets around the beds so we had to charge one phone in the bathroom and another at the coffee area. Aruba itself is one of the safest feeling islands Iโve ever visited. Overall the hotel was great but would have been much more enjoyable with circulating air.
