I am Marriott Bonvoy member traveling cross country for work, I was surprised to see the condition of the carpet dirty and humid not sure if its because of the summer weather or just lack of maintenance. The tub also kept backing up, not the usual quality stay I expected. Outside of that everything else was ok.

The optional breakfast charge when you originally select your room is a wonderful great deal. At the time we went it was $11 for two and for this we got a latte, bottled frapachino, breakfast sandwich, bagel with cream cheese and a yogurt and fruit parfait. Happily surprised by what a great breakfast it was for such an affordable price.

Very nice hotel. If you have the option to prepay for breakfast and plan on eating at the hotel definitely consider going that route. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable beds.

The staff was very friendly, the shower in my room would not drain properly- So I changed rooms, the second one had a huge spider on the celling, one on the standing lamp in the room and a jumping spider on the window which ended up in my bathroom. The towels had small black hairs on them and everything was pretty dated. I just didnโt feel the room was very clean, I over heard in the lobby another guest had to change rooms as well due to the odor of a smoke smell in their room. I would recommend any nearby hotels in the strip. Not terrible though.

We paid for room advertised,. When we arrived at hotel they gave us cheaper rooms. For many years Marriott has been my hotel of choice, however times are changing. Our experience with this Marriott was VERY disappointing. So disappointing we tried to leave . They said because we booked through Travelocity we were locked into this nightmare agreement. The hotel was very musty had a moldy smell. The moldy , musty smell was engrained , the smell permeated throughout the hotel hallways and rooms. The key cards did not work to get into the rooms. The desk had to send someone to let us into the room due problems with lock malfunction. The bed linens were NOT CLEAN . My pillow smelled like someone slept on it with bad breath and the hotel did not change the pillow cases. The sheets and covers smelled like stinky feet. This was a very disappointing experience, so unlike the quality I had grown to expect from Marriott. If a person has respiratory issues or allergies this is not the place to stay. The air quality is very poor. Marriott need not just take my word concerning these issues . Marriott quality assurance staff needs to checked these issues out first hand . My family wanted to book elsewhere where. I would not let them because of the former excellence I had experience with Marriott before COVID . But I guess Marriott's former glory days no longer exist. VERY DISAPPOINTING

The day was for pleasure and to use the pool. The pool was depicted larger than what it was promoted. The pool area had a large echo. There was also a birthday party occurring where a bunch of kids rummage the pool for hours. Bathroom towel. Racks looked to have been replaced and remounted , holes in wall showed possible open viewing area. Shower curtain never stayed close.
