I had a terrible experience with Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport / Billy Graham Parkway, address 2950 Oak Lake Blvd, Charlotte, NC, 28208 during my recent stay of 9/22- 9/23/24. At check in I was assigned room 602, the key pass given worked perfectly fine and I was not informed the keypad of room 602 has been replaced just a day before my scheduled stay of 9/22/24. I left my room for an event (a wedding) and returned to my assigned room later that evening and was unable to gain entry into my assigned room. No one attempted to gain access to the room assigned to me and I was displaced for the evening. The staff told me to contact the front desk the next morning for the general manager to unlock my assigned room. No one attempted to contact me to assist me, I had to call them for assistance. I warn everyone to not stay at this property. you will be disappointed.
