Some channels in the TV have weak or no signal; however, the hotel looks great. It is near my brother and my sister-in-law's place. They used to work here.

Smelly, no service hotel
The hotel and the room smelled very very bad. The drained very slowly making it very dirty all the time. Room service is once in three days. Trans filled up and the reception told me to take the trash out myself and deposit in the large trash can at the entrance. I left the hotel one day sooner.

The pool was out of order. The jacuzzi room I got didnโt look like it was cleaned first tub was dirty n there was little stuff on floor the sink pipe was off so if/when u ran water went all over floor not worth the money I paid

The property is extremely dated. The pool is out of commission. We paid for a king bed got a double. No iron, just an ironing board. Very small, thin towels and only one. The walls are more thin than rice paper and the over all smell is awful. The staff does try to do their best with what they have.

If the pool is important, call ahead
The hotel was easy to access, but there was insufficient parking for all guests. We were disappointed that the pool area was closed during our stay. For us, traveling with family, we were looking forward to using the pool. The breakfast area was understaffed during the open hours, and we had to wipe down tables and chairs before sitting down. They did have a nice breakfast and the room was comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

DISGUSTING!
When I made my reservation online, I called the location to confirmโฆThe service desk attendant was rude and answered me โYeah, what do you want!?โ. Upon arrival I noticed that the room I saw online and what I got were not the same thing. There was no soaking tub in my room, and the room was not clean! Like the carpet was stained, there was trash behind furniture, and I had to clean the bathroom before we used it. I took the โlossโ instead of ruffling feathers I just adjusted and made myself deal with it. The entire property looks run down! The night shift attendant was very nice and helpful, so that was a plus! Iโve included a couple snapshots I took.

We've stayed here before and it was just ok.. This time it wasn't pleasant. There was a 1 inch gap in the door, the mirror in the bathroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Took us a couple of minutes to clean it. Hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. Dirty. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. Yuck! And the staff weren't very friendly. I doubt we'll ever stay there again.

Belleville Baymont GM Vinny is the worst
This was the absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had. I was not given the correct room (reserved a king and received a full), there were popcorn kernels all over the room, the parking lot was full of ice (including handicap parking, see photo), the GM Vinny was the most rude, conceited, unapologetic and unfriendly person I've ever met in the hospitality business. I arrived late at night and brought up my concerns in the morning. The hotel asked me to contact hotels.com to address my request to leave with refund. They were unhelpful and neither party worked to resolve the issue, blaming one another. I checked out he morning after my first night with the understanding my second night would be refunded. Baymont and Hotels.com said I had to go to the other and neither happened. I will continue to push the issue until it is made right. I questioned Vinny's employees and they are fearful of him. They bring up concerns to no avail.
