The gentleman working at the front desk was extremely helpful when were in a pinch and needed assistance late at night! The second-level room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the location is amazing, just a short walk to all the restaurants, cafes and shops that downtown Great Barrington has to offer. The day manager was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The night manager was not helpful when we called to complain that our room had not been made up for the night, nor were the used towels taken. He claimed that we had to ask for the room to be cleaned. The next morning, the day manager had us meet w the head of housekeeping to share our dismay. We were met with apologies. That was enough
