We had 3 rooms booked, the faucet in the shower of my room leaked the entire time. The light in my parents room leaked into their shower so they were unable to shower causing the entire hotel to turn off the water without ANY notice so my son and husband were not able to shower before leaving for the day. Their response was they had โno way to alert the entire buildingโ of the shut off.
The pillows were all completely flat I needed to use all 4 to reg and get comfortable. And while the AC ran all night it stayed so cold in the living area and muggy in the bedroom area. After 3 different stays we will not be staying again. A shame b/c it is on the USF campus where my son is attending school.

Great hotel and amenities
Check in was a little slow because there was only one lady at the reception but she was very kind and we were welcomed with two complimentary waters as well as two complimentary happy hour drinks. The free breakfast the next morning was great! Our room was clean and spacious but the bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like I was laying in an indentation of the bed. Perhaps that mattress was old and worn and needs to be replaced. I tossed and turned all night with my back aching from it. The sink in the bathroom also was backing up whenever used and it wasnโt noticed until we were getting ready to go to bed and o my there one night so not worth calling the desk to have someone come unclog because we were exhausted & about to get into bed. Other than those two things, everything else was great. Will definitely consider staying again if in the area in the future.

No AC
There was no AC at this hotel. The staff all know there is no AC they donโt move you to another room. The temperature doesnโt go below 78 degrees. Staff is rude. I do not recommend staying at this hotel or any Embassy.

Iโve stayed in multiple Embassy suites in the past. This one by far has been the worst experience with this brand. I had a total of 4 rooms for my family. On room had a leak in it when we arrived. Another room had the toilet to overflow in the middle of the night without being used. The 3rd room had a sewer smell each time the toilet flushed. And the 4th roomโs AC didnโt work. All of these issues were brought to the attention of the front desk and they didnโt seem to concerned nor try to make an effort!

Never Again.
Reserved two rooms 3 weeks prior to stay. Requested connecting rooms, if not possible rooms next to each other. We were placed on opposite sides of the 8th floor. The door for one of the rooms was non functioning so we were locked out of our room for 3 hours and were unable to enter. We were told the battery on the door needed to be replaced, but the technician was on break so we would have to wait. Finally, a manager came and manually unlocked the door and told us we would not be able to get back in if we left because the battery needed to be replaced. We were offered no compensation for this ridiculous inconvenience. The rooms both smelled like mold, the air condition vents were filthy and were incredibly loud. Housekeeping took our towels the following two mornings and did not replace, we had to physically go to the front desk and wait for towels to be handed to us. The last night we stayed, the guests in the room next door were incredibly loud and rude from 10pm until 3 am, even after multiple calls to the front desk, nothing was done. Don't get me started on the food, The eggs tasted like they were frozen, microwaved, frozen again, left out to thaw, then served. Worst stay ever and my family was so happy when it was over.

Make sure the bathroom is cleaned well.
The stay overall was ok. Bathroom was not as clean as we would have wanted.
