Staff was great! Walls are very thin and we could hear everything from the rooms around us. Housekeeping only made the bed one of the three days we were there. There were some pretty good breakfast options. Not a bad stay for the price!

On Hotels.com website it showed the pet deposit as $15, but at check-in they charged me $25. Said there was nothing they could do. Hotels.com customer service was no help at all, of course they used the standard “all fees are subject to change”. The property had trash all around it and the pool was covered and hadn’t been used in years.This was in July. The room was ok, nothing to brag about. Do Not Stay Here. There are much better hotels in this area.

Clean and Comfortable Room, but Exterior Needs Attention We stayed at the Sleep Inn in Franklin, TN for one night while traveling. The outside of the property was disappointing and looked quite run down. There were building supplies around the property, weeds growing through areas, overgrown weeds along the building borders, and uncut grass in several spots. There was essentially no landscaping, which gave the property a neglected appearance. That said, our king-size, non-smoking room was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also clean and nicely maintained. The only drawback in the bathroom was that there was no counter space around the sink—just the sink itself. The complimentary breakfast was a nice feature and included make-your-own waffles, yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, and juice. We paid $109 total, including tax, for the room, plus a $25 pet fee. For a one-night stop, we were satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. With some attention to the exterior grounds and landscaping, the overall impression of the property could be greatly improved

Nice little hotel. It seemed like it was new. Clean and not far off the interstate. There is not much around the hotel but other hotels, so not a good spot if you like to walk places. The breakfast was primarily bread based items, so if you want eggs and bacon, you'd need to go somewhere else. The staff was friendly and prompt. My room had more towels than I have ever seen before in a hotel room. I really liked that. I would stay again.
