Pretty on the outside.
Check in and staff was nice. Initially the hotel seem nice. Unfortunately, the room was a whole different story. Walking to the elevator there were towels laying on the floor with orange something being soaked up. The towels were left there for people to walk over. Walking down the hallway to our room all the doors looked like they had been kicked at 1 time or another. Dents and cracked on almost all the room doors. The walls and doors were dirty. Entering the room it seemed ok. However, the window AC fan did not work properly. When we turned the cold to heat it smelled so bad from burning coils we put it back to cool. The light switch on the desk didn’t work. The toilet had a bad plumbing problem. Load banging sound from the toilet and inside the wall when flushed. Hard water stains on the floor behind the toilet. The shower head was leaking water in all direction when in use. Tub drain plug detached and sitting over the drain. When asked to switch room we were told hotel was full and we could request a room change the following morning. And again, couldn’t move. No maid service unless you let them the day before. Fortunately, the housekeeper was cleaning the room next door and we were able to give her our used towels and get fresh new ones. She was very kind and friendly. We will not be staying here again. Staff was very friendly. location was great but overall cleanliness and state of hotel itself, needs renovation. I give it a 3 star.
