Poor customer service, lack of cleanliness in main areas. Inaccurate information in the room. Upon arrival to the hotel, the person at the front was on the phone did not put the call on hold or even say good evening. All he said was let me have your ID then first we looked at smelt like smoke. The second room the TV was not working, and when I called to the desk, he tried to tell me how to fix it myself, but I am not text savvy so it was more complicated to tell me than to just come up and do it himself, but he finally came after I had to call a second time. As he was leaving, I said thank you and he didn’t say anything in response. After he left, the remote was not changing the channels properly so he had to come back and make another adjustment. Again, I said thank you a little bit louder to make sure he heard me and still nothing. Right then I decided we were checking out the next morning and when we went to the front desk to check out, I told the lady that we were checking out. She expressed no concern as to why I was checking out early. She didn’t ask if there anything she could do. No genuine customer service at all. Nothing! She simply told me I can’t give you a refund because your reservations were made online. I said I know I just want my security deposit back and she gave me a receipt for that and I left. I’m hoping to get a refund for the two nights that I did not stay at your hotel .
