Uncomfortable bed and noisy neighbors

The lady at the front desk told me she would out me in the back where it was quiet.... and yet there was constant noise from the rooms nearby and in the hallway. Very uncomfortable bed. Some of the worst nights sleep i have ever had.

Checking was quick and easy. Room was kinda clean. There was hair in the shower and by the toilet. Trying to go to sleep was hard because the walls are soo thin. We could hear everyone snoring or partying.

Not what advertised!

The whole point of getting the room was for the hot tub after a long day outside, they inform us its closed even tho they advertised about it. The TV was small. The Bed was very uncomfortable.

Terrible hotel stay

Terrible bed uncomfortable pillows. The room was nasty there were stains all over the floor and the sheets. The towels were damp like they had been used. It was so loud I hardly slept. From the people outside the hotel playing loud music in the car and coming in and out. The people upstairs I think were having a party and I didn’t sleep until almost 4am when it stopped. I was not pleased with my stay at all

Pretty makeover but lots of room for improvement.

The only reason I chose this location out of many others was that it had the indoor pool and spa tub. When we arrived, it was closed but there was no indication of this at all on their site. I would have gone elsewhere had I known. They are in the middle/tail end of a remodel. New floors look quite nice and the desks/tables in the room looked updated. Despite some work dust, overall cleanliness was good too. All this is mostly cosmetic though. Under the pretty surface, lots of wear and scars poked through: The bathroom door hinges were rusty and the bathroom door frame scratched and rusty too. The lamp shaded were brittle, cracked, and yellowed. The parking area around the door nearest our room was also not well maintained. Lots of ice and no signs of de-icer or other safety measures. As others have mentioned, noise is an issue. Footsteps and running water from above were prominent. Also, there is no sound proofing around the room door so every little sound in the hallway was clear.
