Beautiful spacious and comfortable room
David, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice, clean, 30 minute walk to Festival on sidewalk, near shopping mall and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great price. Nice indoor pool.
Judy-Anne, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Okay for what we needed. A place to stay and sleep. Beds were comfortable and shower was nice.
Kevin, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very comfortable room. Beautiful bathroom.
Don, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

A good, relatively inexpensive place to stay, an easy 5 or less minute drive from downtown Stratford. There are also a number of good restaurants just down the road from the hotel. Again my only complaint is it's not easy to find from the road, the hotel definitely needs signage on Ontario St.
Douglas, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Vicinity of theatre and many food options. Confusion checking in; didn't know I had to go next door and was staying at the Quality Inn instead of the Festival Inn.
John, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

This is the second time I've stayed here. It is very basic. Pretty much a bed and bathroom. But it is clean, quiet, relatively inexpensive and convenient to downtown Stratford.
Douglas, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room was clean but dated. Staff was friendly. If you just need a motel room that's quiet for a good night's sleep, it fits the bill.
Anna, 1-night trip

Stratford Festival Inn

Good bargain in price; challenge to find (part of Quality Inn complex). Comfortable stay, good sleep. No frills inn. Need to phone for office checkin. We stayed an extra night.
Jack, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Need a little renovation but in all nice and clean
Linda, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was a bit hard to find, tucked in behind another motel. A more prominent sign would help.
Tom, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

There was a slight odour in the room.

Needs TLC

Looks better on site than reality. Needs TLC.
Serge, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was alright but the door was so dirty, the soap had been used and the pouch that held the coffee looked like vermin had nippled the package… but the shower was clean and modern…
Lydie, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

This motel has definitely seen better days. The whole place has a feeling of neglect about. There was no table or chair in the room and the small couch was badly stained Snead not comfortable.
Vince, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

called hotel that doesnt even have a sign to indicate where it is. The rooms were clean but looked like a dive because of stained and torn wall paper, broken trim around the door lock and a look that I can only describe as cheap old motel furniture thrown at random into a room. I would not recommend this as a nice place to stay.
Joan, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

There was a dead spider on the bed. And the bedding was uncomfortable
Rachel, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Check-in is in one of the motel rooms conveeted. Confusing and hard to find. The Quality Inn and Festival in is owned by the same family, on the same property but they split up the business. Seems a bit sketch when you check in but the room is decent and moatly clean. It looked like there was a pool feom some of the pictures but there's no pool. Bed are comfortable and sheets are soft. Comfortable stay.
Krystalyn, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Opening Festival rooms. Internet not working for Festival side. I was moved to Quality Inn side of establishment after I spoke about this problem with staff. Lady at check in desk was very helpful and accommodating. So was manager fellow who was overseeing renovations.
Richard, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Booked online, showed up and was told we didnt pay enough for the rooms we booked, and that the rooms weren't avIlable. When we decided to leave, he followed us into the parking lot saying he wanted us to come back and he would get us rooms.
Cindy, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The price was good. The beds were comfortable and the room , although outdated was clean. The motel is difficult to find because it is hidden behind the quality inn. We found that our room was lacking a table and a couple of chairs, and there wasn’t much place to put anything down no desk either. We were disappointed also that therre was no coffee maker.
Steve and Joan, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff was excellent. For an unknown reason the tv was not working. Two staff came to the room to check on it at the same time the lights in the room started flickering. The two staff members were concerned about safety and moved us to the next room. They carried our suitcases, cooler, camera bag etc.and would not consider taking a tip. They said that it was their duty.
Ralph, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

There is not sign for this back lot property which was very confusing to find after a long journey. The bed was comfortable but the sink shower carpet and windows in the room were growing mold.
