I had a wonderful stay, lended staying for two day’s instead of just one. Heather was amazing patient and I as a proud Marriott Front Desk manager who is all about customer service, I was happy to see someone who understood how to welcome a first time guest to the property and build a healthy relationship with guest to make them stay again in their future travels. I normally only stay at Hilton and Marriot properties but due to last minute notice, I decided to see what this property was like, and if ever again I can’t get into one of my preferred Hotels chain, Heather and has now made me remember Sonesta.
