The key machine was damaged by a previous customer. Unfortunately, no keys could be given out, but the front desk was able to unlock the door for me. The room was very clean, cool, convient location and friendly front desk.

We couldnโt get keys because their machine was broke and was not advised of this ahead of time. My room needed a serious upgrade, smelled like mold in the bathroom . The saving grace was when I checked in Ms. Tammy was so sweet

The staff was not supportive and said had to leave the property in one hour. There were coal roaches in the room, none of the charging points were working. The bathroom had bad patches and I am sure there would be bed bugs too.

The hallways and rooms smelled of smoke. There were bugs in the room and no bath towels. Sketchy people were hanging around the parking lot, we did not feel safe. This is the worst hotel Iโve booked through Expedia. I am shocked and disappointed that Expedia would offer such a horrible place. We left a day early and did not get a refund but we would rather lose money than stay another day here!

Inattentive
The staff were nice. I went up front after checking in to get a TV remote. The one i was given did not work. The gentleman said that he would find on specific for the LG tv and personally bring it. 5 hours later i went to check on the remote and he informed me he had just given it to someone else that came up to get one. Once again I had to wait while one was hunted down. Again it was not brought to us like promised. Two hours later i went back to front desk and they finally gave me one
