It was a good stay but my door was difficult to open. They promised to send some one to work on it but no one came.

My family and I are technically with our a home at moment and we have been looking tireless for a place to call home but wherever we go thereโs income guidelines. Anyway since we been here staff here have been extremely nice and the housekeeper Ms Carmen has been amazingly helpful supportive and love pets for us thatโs an A plus. Anyway we are super happy here at Red Roof Hotel. Thx

I considered it unfortunate that your TV service did not provide a built-in "TV guide" such that I would be able to review a broadcast schedule. It also was odd that the night desk attendant didn't even know what satellite or cable service was being used by the inn.
Second, it was odd that the morning desk attendant couldn't printout a copy of my paid bill.

Very basic no breakfast, broken vending machines. Across from 7-11 seem to rely on it over food service. Found and returned valuable item. Grateful.
