I was surprised to see the reception gave me a room given to someone else. When the key didn't work, they remade the key for the same room. Until I opened and went into the room to find someone is in the room. Things to get worse, I was told that the receptionist is doing a long shift, and it was the reason for the confusion. Not even a proper apology for me. I am assuming there is no apology to the person in the room I opened. Never had this experience in my 40 years of traveling. Very disappointed.
