Hotel is outdated. Carpet & furniture not very clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was faulty. Breakfast closes too early at 9am , considering they donโt have any lunch service to operate later. No veg option. Pancake machine didnโt work all 3 days of our stay. No fruit. Front desk was disinterested except for the gentleman (during check-in). They need some training in courteous talk. During checkout when we said โthank youโ her reply was โhmmโ which was ridiculous!
Location is good. Ample parking.

Initially they assigned us room 145, which is located in a remote corner and the window faces a piece of ugly concrete. The room has disgusting musty smell. That room should not have been offered to paid customers. They charged a lot of money for a room. We pleaded with the host and he gave us another room. He was nice. The shuttle bus did not show up at scheduled time. In order not to miss our train, I called Lift. There was no room cleaning if you donโt schedule with front desk. This was not explained to us prior. The breakfast eggs tasted horribly. The juice machine broke during our entire stay. The waffle machine also broke. I would not ever stay at this establishment again.

Would NEVER stay here again
Hot water was broken. Was told it would be fixed by 8 pm, was still nonfunctional the next morning. No showers before leaving for airport. Registration staff unhelpful. Offered nothing in compensation or refunds or vouchers for dining or anything. Had to request name of supervisor - was offered a first name only. Seriously bad service. Also, bedding was dirty and looked used and there was no coffee provided in the room, though there was a coffee machine. Will never stay at a Wyndham property again. Unacceptable quality for the price.

If you don't need toilet paper, towels or a ride -
The bones of the hotel are great. The staff is not trained.
Our room did not have toilet paper (except for the few pieces on the roll) and only two towels. The person at the front desk (at night) was a new hire and couldn't find anything. They had a phone number to call but the Manager did not answer them. We took a roll from the public bathroom (there were two).
Secondly, when we returned our rental car to the airport, we called for a ride (part of the reason we chose this hotel). Every time we called, we were told it was on its way. It never arrived after two hours. We Ubered it back. We asked to reimbursed for the Uber - well we are still waiting. Again, the night staff was polite but powerless.
The included breakfast was missing items and the machines were not working - staff was chatting in the preparation room. Everything that we experienced could be fixed if they had a strong management team. Then they wanted us to check out by 11am although the sign on the wall says noon.
The promised Manager never met with us. All front desk staff were polite but useless.
The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable. and the showers had great pressure.

Terrible.
Room was stinky and dirty. Bathtub water would not turn off so we had to move rooms. New room didnโt have the extra lock on door. It was broken. Front desk said we could move rooms again but didnโt offer to help.

The WiFi is completely horrendous. For Alaska, where most main phone carriers have spotty (at best) service, WiFi is fundamental to have properly working as to not render electronic devices useless.

had to hike to our room
The gal checking us in wasn't very knowledgeable of the area, but she had just moved there herself. Parking wasn't very good....we parked in the back and there were several containers in the way....and it was very far from our room. Felt like every time we parked , we had to take a hike to get to our room down 3 corridors.
