The website has misleading photos. We booked with this hotel because it had a bathtub. When we checked in a very rude and dishonest desk attendant (I apparently can’t name names but she has mid length blonde hair and her name tag says her passion is “motherhood”) said that they didn’t have rooms with bathtubs. She then changed her story and said they did have them in certain rooms. After 20 mins she sent us to a room she said did have a bathtub, but it did not. She then sent us to another room she claimed had a tub but it did not either. When we came back down, she was accompanying another unhappy customer to a room so we were assisted by another gentleman who sent us to a room with a tub. When we went to check out, I found daily up charges on the bill. We were being checked out by yet another man, however the dishonest front desk attendant was there. The man didn’t know what to do, and the dishonest front desk attendant, who was checking out another client butted in and told him we agreed to the up charges. This was an outright lie. She was not even behind the desk when we checked in! Ultimately a manager deleted the charges, but not what I expected for a FIVE star hotel. Shame on you dishonest front desk attendant (you know who you are). Lying is a despicable trait in customer service.
