Disappointing Experience
I recently stayed at this Hotel, expecting a high standard of service given that it is part of a well-known hotel chain. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
The check-in process was frustratingly slow, with unhelpful and inattentive front desk staff. After a long trip, the last thing anyone wants is to deal with poor customer service.
To make matters worse, the room had maintenance issues—most notably, a clogged drain that made using the bathroom unpleasant. For the price paid, I expected much better. There are more affordable alternatives that likely offer superior service.
I do not recommend staying here.
