I won't recommend for customers who prefer to have a clean, comfortable and odour free room. Front desk and support service was excellent though.

Facade hotel on side street, taxi driver dropped off wrong side. Too high tech for only the savvy, Bluetooth locks which will lead to issues on operations with guests locking themselves. Too many apps and tech requirements and when travelling, itโs tedious and inconvenient. Small tight rooms, ill conceived and impractical

We just stayed for a short stay: 11pm - 7am. We got in at nearly midnight and really just wanted to go to the room so we could sleep the few hours until our early morning flight but you canโt simply check in like at every other hotel Iโve ever been to; you need to download an app and set up an account, take multiple pictures of yourself and your passport. I felt like we were applying for FBI clearance not checking into a miniature hotel room. It was a terrible ordeal and I wouldnโt stay again.

Air con not cold, air con was also buzzing loudly making it impossible to sleep. No windows or fan. Horrible experience
