The apartment is located in the very center of Cala Millor and belongs to a house that originally had three floors. The house was built in 1964 by Don Juan Llinás where he installed his residence. Don Juan Llinás was one of the promoters of tourism in the area and the Cala Millor promenade bears his name in honor of the work carried out in those years. You can see the monolith at the beginning of it.
