The staff in reception were very helpful and check in/out was efficient.
The room was clean, bed comfy and the shower was good. In general the room was a little 'tired' and the wardrobe space was awkward.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing, not particularly appetising and apparently the toaster was broken so bagels, bread etc could not be toasted. As the eating area was small, it was very busy.
The rooftop pool area is nice, but it was not peaceful due to many children arriving in the afternoon and spending all their time jumping in the pool and shouting,
In summary, the hotel is fine for a one or two night stay, and well located. (we were boarding a cruise) I wouldn't want to spend longer there.
