Our stay went well. Breakfast was great. The grounds were really nice. The frint desk area was being renovated. All was fune until check out. A lady snapped at my husband about check out being 11am. However, we explained that we called and was granted a late check out. So their communication could use some development. Other than that final experience all was ok. Will consider again if ever back in TN.

No info given at check in regarding AC. Complained at checkout & desk said it should not have been on FAN. We did not set, it was as set when we walked in. Not a pleasant stay. Quality seemed on low end for the many Hamptons we have stayed in.

Great stay
Rooms were very clean.
Staff was nice.
Breakfast was good and had lists of choices and fun oatmeal/waffle toppings. But we wanted bacon and bananas every day. And real waffle batter and plain omlets.
Vending machine on 4th did not work.
I did appreciate the free ice.
Smart tvs would be a fabulous upgrade.
Back door scene is shady.

The extent of construction to the first floor was astonishing. The reception desk was a table that had been pulled to the side. The family checking in before me had to wait a considerable amount of time before an attendant approached them to check them in. The main lobby was in disarray, and we noticed that the elevator certificate was expired. I had anticipated that the indoor pool would be heated, but it was surprisingly cold. The room thermometer did not drop below 68 degrees Fahrenheit, but the room temperature was not accurate.
Breakfast was tasteless and not chef inspired. Kids should not be allowed to play in the hot tubs.

My family & i got to the hotel very late. The front desk clerk was very nice & helpful. We didnt realize that the hotel was under renovations! The room was very clean & in order. But the public spaces were very obvious under renovation. Im glad that the construction didnt cause us any troubles. Breakfast was good with several options.

Construction zone. (see attached photos)
After I booked and paid on hotels.com the hotel sent me a email saying the pool and gym were closed due to renovations.
Loud hammering and power tools started promptly a 7:00 am making it impossible to sleep.
Elevators were almost always unavailable due to being full of construction crew hauling away furniture/mattresses.
The whole hotel was pretty much a construction/war zone. Compare the photos I uploaded to those on hotel.com. What a bait an switch !!!
When my wife complained the staff were pretty dismissive and a little condescending . They say they will be finished on the renovation June of 2025. Stay clear until then.

While I understood that "some" renovation was happening, the only area that was highlighted was the exercise facility. They actually had most of the 3rd floor renovation happening, which was right above us. Every morning beginning at 7am sawing, drilling and banging began. 7am is absolutely too early to wake up paying guests. The most infuriating element was, when trying to check out and make a deadline destination, we could not access even one of the two elevators because the hotel was allowing construction workers to use both to move items back and forth. My family's items were stuck on the 2nd floor on a rolling cart for several minutes waiting for an elevator to be released by construction workers. The commonsense compromise would have been to allow "Paying customers" access to at least one of the elevators instead of allowing those who were being paid to be there to dominate both elevators. When I complained to the front desk attendant, instead of trying to find a solution to serve the "paying" customer she made excuses for the inaccessible elevators.
In addition to these things, the shower was poorly designed, allowing water to escape every time the shower was used. This caused the bathroom door to be rotted at the bottom. The bathroom was not equipped with an exhaust fan allowing the moisture to be eliminated while the bathroom door is shut during a shower. Also, the commode was very loose and rocked every time it was sat on. The room phone was not operable.
